Code of Conduct

We are committed to uphold the Code of Conduct & Ethics at Catharsis International.

We will observe the highest principals of integrity, professionalism and fair practice in dealing with clients, candidates and employees.

We will provide leadership in the adherence to both the spirit and letter of all applicable human rights, employment laws and regulations. We will treat all candidates and employees without prejudice and will not accept an order from any client that is discriminatory in any way.

We will take all reasonable steps to provide clients with accurate information on each candidate's employment qualifications and experience; and will only present those candidates who have given us authorization to represent their application for employment.

We will supply candidates and employees with complete and accurate information as provided by the client, regarding terms of employment, job descriptions and workplace conditions.

We will not restrict the right of a candidate or employee to accept employment of their choice.

We will derive income only from clients and make no direct or indirect charges to candidates or employees unless specified by a license.

We will uphold the highest standards of integrity in all forms of advertising, communications, and solicitations, and will conduct our business in a manner designed to enhance the operations, image, and reputation of the employment, recruitment, and staffing services industry. 

We will ensure that our clients, candidates and employees are aware of our duty to abide by this Code of Conduct, Ethics & Standards and such supporting policies guidelines as may from time to time be adopted by our company. 

আমরা ক্যাথারসিস ইন্টারন্যাশনালের নীতিশাস্ত্র ও আচরণবিধি দৃঢ়ভাবে অনুসরণ ও বজায় রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। 

আমরা ক্লায়েন্ট, প্রার্থী এবং কর্মচারীদের সাথে আচরণ করার ক্ষেত্রে সততা, পেশাদারিত্ব এবং ন্যায্য অনুশীলনের সর্বোচ্চ নীতিগুলি পালন করব।

আমরা সকল প্রযোজ্য মানবাধিকার, শ্রম আইন ও বিধিমালার মূল চেতনা এবং বিধান উভয়ই যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণে নেতৃত্ব দেব। আমরা প্রতিটি প্রার্থী ও কর্মচারীর সঙ্গে ন্যায়সঙ্গত ও পক্ষপাতহীন আচরণ করব এবং কোনো ক্লায়েন্টের কাছ থেকে বৈষম্যমূলক নির্দেশ বা আদেশ গ্রহণ করব না। 

আমরা প্রতিটি প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা ও কর্মঅভিজ্ঞতা সম্পর্কে ক্লায়েন্টদের সঠিক ও নির্ভরযোগ্য তথ্য প্রদানের জন্য সব যুক্তিসঙ্গত পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করব। পাশাপাশি, শুধুমাত্র সেই প্রার্থীদেরই উপস্থাপন করব, যারা আমাদের তাদের পক্ষে চাকরির জন্য আবেদন উপস্থাপনের অনুমতি প্রদান করেছেন। 

আমরা প্রার্থীদের ও কর্মচারীদেরকে ক্লায়েন্টের প্রদত্ত তথ্য অনুযায়ী চাকরির শর্তাবলি, দায়িত্বের বিবরণ এবং কর্মস্থলের পরিবেশ সম্পর্কিত সম্পূর্ণ ও সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করব। 

আমরা একজন প্রার্থী বা কর্মচারীর তাদের পছন্দের চাকরি গ্রহণ করার অধিকারকে সীমাবদ্ধ করব না।

আমরা শুধুমাত্র ক্লায়েন্টদের কাছ থেকেই আয় অর্জন করব এবং কোনো প্রার্থী বা কর্মচারীর কাছ থেকে সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষভাবে কোনো ধরনের ফি বা চার্জ গ্রহণ করব না, যদি না তা লাইসেন্স বা আইন অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্টভাবে অনুমোদিত হয়। 

আমরা সকল ধরনের বিজ্ঞাপন, যোগাযোগ ও অনুরোধে সর্বোচ্চ সততা ও নৈতিকতার মান বজায় রাখব এবং আমাদের ব্যবসা এমনভাবে পরিচালনা করব যা কর্মসংস্থান, নিয়োগ ও স্টাফিং সেবার শিল্পের কার্যকারিতা, সুনাম এবং খ্যাতি বৃদ্ধি করবে। 

আমরা নিশ্চিত করব যে আমাদের ক্লায়েন্ট, প্রার্থী এবং কর্মচারীরা এই আচরণবিধি, নৈতিকতা ও মানদণ্ড এবং সময়ে সময়ে আমাদের কোম্পানি কর্তৃক গৃহীত সহায়ক নীতি ও নির্দেশিকার প্রতি আমাদের দায়িত্ব সম্পর্কে সচেতন থাকবেন।
